Badiaa Bazarbacha has 25+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry. She was Head of Sales at Vantage Towers from 1 September 2020 until January 2024. In this function she has responsibility for sales and commercial management in Central and Eastern Europe. Recently she has been appointed as Co-Managing Director at Vantage Towers Germany.

Before joining Vantage Towers in 2020, Ms. Bazarbacha was Vice President and Head of Commercial Management at Ericsson. There, the Tunisian native previously held various pan-European leadership roles in product management, business development, commercial management and sales. In particular, Ms. Bazarbacha gained extensive experience in 5G in her role as Ericsson's lead negotiator.
